Q: CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?
A: Yes you can. Please select “Manual Payment” on the checkout page. This option will show all info you need to transfer the money to our banking account.
Q: DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
A: Yes we ship worldwide, though for some countries it won’t be of any use to order parts from us, since they might be less expensive in the country of origin.
Q: WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
A: All products in the shop show the actual shipping costs + handling per product.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
A: That depends a little on where you’re located and the products you’ve ordered. If you’re a Dutchie and the products ordered are in stock, it will normally take about 1-2 business days. If you’re from overseas or from a foreign country, we can only tell you the estimates our shipping company gives us. And off course if you’d like, we can arrange a local pick-up as well.
Q: WHAT DOES A CUSTOM BIKE COST?
A: We build customs for just about any budget. There’s not a vast price for building a custom bike.
If for example you already have a frame and only need a conversion, it will obviously be less expensive than building a complete bike from scratch. Depending on your budget we can put together a nice ride together with you. We can select the parts and/or the frame, wheel set-up, sprocket/cog size and give advice according all this. Just shoot us an email.
Q: HOW DO THE TEES FIT? ARE THEY FITTED?
A: Not too big , not too tight. Depends on your body really. We made this sizing chart for people to see for themselves how the shirt would fit…
